Course Description
Without the technology and software systems that enable us to watch movies, make purchases online, utilize mobile applications, and do so much more, our lives would not be conceivable. Computer science is fundamentally about using technology to change the world around us.
Computer science is the study of computers using computation, mathematics, algorithms, and other methods. This calls for both using computer equipment that processes data in accordance with algorithms and standards and understanding the programming languages used to run the hardware and software of these systems. By studying computer science, you may get into exciting employment sectors like IT, web development, and software engineering.
There is a lot of promise in this expanding industry. It takes three to four years of study to earn a bachelor’s degree in information technology. The theoretical and mathematical foundations of computers are highlighted while other areas such as networking, software, databases, and others are also examined.
