Course Description
The awarding of medical degrees to medical students follows the completion of a degree program, which normally lasts around five years, occasionally more at the undergraduate level, and roughly four years at the graduate level. Examples of medical degrees include Doctor of Medicine (MD), Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO), Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery (MBBS, MBChB, BMBS), as well as other degrees like a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) and Master’s degree (M.Sc).
